Enterprise learning has measured activity. Lumina measures capability.

Traditional learning platforms can distribute content and record completion. They are less effective at showing whether someone understands the material, can apply it in context and is ready to perform. A course certificate does not prove readiness for a real workplace situation.

Two things widen that gap. Facilitator capacity is finite, so individual explanation and repeated rehearsal are hard to provide consistently at enterprise scale. And uncertainty stays hidden, because learners may avoid asking basic or repeated questions in front of colleagues or assessors.
